MyCellar Service key benefits -

The service is accessible via the majority of browsers, operating on most handheld devices, laptops, touch-screens and computers, therefore clearly designed for the modern professional.
It is intuitive to use, with a simple Red (keep), Amber (hold) and Green (drink) traffic light system and there is online help in the top right hand corner.
There are numerous standard features, including -
  • Multiple cellars administration (including a Virtual Cellar for all Management of non-received wines, like Bonded and En Primeur) 
  • Producer, wine, vintage and grape information with website and Google map links (where available) 
  • Consume, Gift and Sell options for comprehensive inventory management 
  • Reports including bi-monthly portfolio valuations updates from Wine Searcher for Insurance purposes 
  • My Favourites, for easy access to those special wines 
  • Industry RSS news feeds and Social connectors (Twitter and Facebook) 
  • Producer, Professional* and Personal Tasting notes Vintage scores and recommended drinking windows (average of all public tasting notes), all driven from a comprehensive master wine database.
  • Ability to add producers, wines and vintages to the database with the minimum of detail 
  • Industry and Customer Documents
  • Semi-automatic import of privately held reserves and existing excel spreadsheets for tracking stock
* separate subscription may be required

There is now the option to add RFiD stock tracking and displaying of tasting notes, via NFC enabled devices. This service is completely bespoke and quoted on an ‘as required’ basis.
